Brief Introduction
The Rapid Purification of His-Fusion Proteins Kit is designed for rapid,
single-step purification of recombinant His-Fusion proteins from bacteria or
other organisms based on magnetic beads. The purification process takes
about 15-25 minutes. Protein binding capacity: >15 mg protein /ml beads.
