BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Recombinant protein production in E. coli is more efficient and less
expensive compared to mammalian, insect, and yeast culture. However, due
to difference in codon preference, secondary structure, GC content etc, most
of genes from other organisms are poorly expressed in E. coli. To enhance
the expression level of many economically important genes in E.coli, we use
our unique proprietary technology to optimize their codon, secondary
structure, GC content etc. Due to the optimization, the expression level for
these genes was dramatically increased, from two to one hundred times
depending on different genes, as compared with pre-optimization. These
genes have been clond into handy vector containing T7 promotor and ready
for expression in E. coli.
